Need to Buy or Relocate?
Buying a home is an exciting experience, but it can also cause a lot
of anxiety. By filling out the buyer profile under Find
My Home, our real estate professionals will be able to search for
the features you would like to see in a home and community, within the
price limits you have selected. Giving us a brief description of your
hobbies and family in the "comments" section at the bottom of
the questionnaire will help us determine your lifestyle. The more we know
about you, the better our agents can do their job... finding you the perfect
home, in the perfect location, with the perfect amenities.
After you have submitted your buyer profile, a Pella Realty agent will
give you a call to confirm the answers on the form. In getting to know
you and your needs, they may ask more questions: is there a location you
are already interested in, how far are you willing to travel to work,
do you need a day care, do you have school age children, etc. Our professionals
want to make sure they understand exactly what it is you are looking for.
We know you are eager to find a new home. To find property that doesn't
meet your criteria is a waste of your time, as well as ours.
Wanting to Sell?
One of the first things a homeowner wants to know is what their home is
worth. By answering the profile under the Appraise
My Home section, Pella Realty agents can begin to do a FREE market
analysis of your home. The fair market value is determined by 1) the home
- its amenities, age, improvements, etc., 2) the location and 3) other
homes that have sold in your area that are comparable to yours. The "comment"
section is available if you would like to provide further information
about your home or property.
Once the form has been submitted, one of our professionals will contact
you. In order to do a complete analysis, they will want to know enough
information about your home and property to "paint a picture"
in the minds of buyers looking for a home just like yours. They may ask
about any improvements and when they were completed, if you have a large
yard filled with shade trees, if your home resides on a cul-de-sac, etc.
The more information you provide, the better our agent will be able to
advertise your home. No matter how much or how little you think your home
has, there's someone looking for a home just like yours.
